What I'll miss about Canada (or not)

This may be my last trip to Canada for along time. I have one more day trip scheduled in February but will see if I really have to go. I thought I would mention a few things I'll miss about Canada, and a few things I wont.
I will miss:
  • the people I work with. I've met some cool people and it's kinda neat to have 'international friends'. Yes, Canada is international.
  • the work. I do cool stuff on this project and when it goes away i will likely go back to boring stuff.
  • Duty free customs. Cheap booze rocks.
  • the occasional quiet night in the hotel. No kids to put to bed, no dishes to do.
  • the toilet paper at the facility is not in roll-form. It is by the sheet - you can take handfuls.

I won't miss:

  • Being away from home. While it sometimes is okay (see above), the times i miss you all outweigh the quiet times.
  • The border crossing hassles.
  • Terrible food and no culture to speak of in Sarnia.
  • silly tax laws that make doing my taxes a pain.

Gotta work - love you
